A synergy of expertises, serving the public sector and private companies

When we established the GB2A law firm, our common ambition was simple: give to our customers, public and private, a high quality service in the public business law. We thought that our professional complementarities and skills of our collaborator lawyers would be enough for it. Having been among the first law firms in France to accompany the impetus given in 2004 to public-private partnerships, we realised the necessity to offer a more comprehensive solution, alloying a specific legal advices about the complex public contracts, but also valuation in real estate law, in finances, in taxation and in analysis of risks, and in business law. In regrouping know-how and experience of many actors and partners we reached it. Today the GB2A group counts three companies, more than twenty collaborators, a dozen consultants and partner firms, and correspondent lawyers all over the world. This collective success was accompanied by a convenience policy with the creation, still incomplete, of a network of secondary law firms in all the domestic territory. This development would be nothing without an act of excellence, certified this year by one of the rare certifications quality ISO 9001, got by a law firm. It has allowed us to become a reference actor in the life of public-private partnerships and in the public business law in France. As shows it every day the dynamism of each of our collaborators, the regular integration of new talents and especially the trust from our customers in the development of their projects, this is only the beginning of the adventure. They give us together the occasion to accompany the mutations of public services in a more complex world and the important achievements which accompany them.
